01 — Qualifying Purchases
The Money‑Back Guarantee applies to:
- Digital products purchased directly from nexavel.quest.
- Subscription plans initiated through official NEXAVEL checkout systems.
- One‑time service packages explicitly marked as “Guarantee Eligible.”
Purchases made via third‑party resellers, affiliates, or unauthorized marketplaces are not covered under this policy.
02 — Refund Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the original purchase date.
For subscription plans, the guarantee applies only to the initial billing cycle. Renewals and subsequent charges are not eligible unless required by applicable law.
03 — Claim Process
To initiate a refund request:
- Email our support team with your order number and registered email address.
- Provide a brief explanation outlining the reason for your request.
- Confirm that you have discontinued use of the product or service.
Our team will review your submission within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
04 — Requirements
- The request must originate from the purchasing account holder.
- All required account verification details must be provided.
- No violation of NEXAVEL’s Terms of Service must have occurred.
- Access to digital materials must be discontinued upon approval.
05 — Exceptions & Limitations
The Money‑Back Guarantee does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized services already delivered.
- Enterprise agreements governed by separate contracts.
- Accounts suspended for policy violations.
- Requests submitted after the 14‑day guarantee window.
NEXAVEL reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or repeated refund claims.
