Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased. Unless otherwise stated, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
The Platform is provided “as is.” NEXAVEL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services within the previous 12 months.
NEXAVEL may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts within the applicable jurisdiction of NEXAVEL.
